Plan the work. Protect the details. Finish with confidence.
Walk through a realistic paint project: measurements, preparation, internal pricing, crew instructions, and inspection. Every sample record is fictional. No customer information is sent or retained in a company database.
See a complete paint job, from first conversation to final handoff.
Follow a guided sample project. No login, training, or real customer details required.

1. Customer & scope
2. Measured work
Measurement totals update instantly. Pricing remains based on entered labor and materials—changing dimensions does NOT adjust those amounts automatically. Confirm your quantities before quoting.
Measurements were changed. Review paint gallons, labor hours and prep quantities before using this quote. Totals do not automatically update material or labor costs.
3. Internal costs and quote
Internal-only model. Measurements do not automatically determine labor or gallons. Verify the actual takeoff before sending a quote.
Enter pricing values to see the result.
4. Preparation and quality checks
Complete means recorded complete, not independently verified.

5. Reports
Customer report excludes internal margins and costs. Crew handoff adds measurements and checks.
Continuity & recovery
Practical recovery features and clear limits.
Change your account password
A 14+ character password is required. Changing it signs out your other sessions.
Encrypted draft vault
Enable your encrypted offline vault before working on confidential projects. Drafts survive closing the browser on this device. Your passphrase is never sent to the server and cannot be recovered.
Vault locked. Unlock before working offline or on sensitive unsaved edits.
Project history
When projects are saved online, changes create numbered revisions that administrators can inspect and restore intentionally.
Offline emergency forms
Install this site while online, then use its emergency work-order page even if the main app is unavailable. Keep a separate saved copy of the form.
Offline drafts are encrypted with your passphrase and stored on this device. Shared saves require reconnecting and manually saving; revision conflicts are never silently overwritten.
Administrator encrypted archive
Exports the currently stored projects and employee roles as an AES-GCM encrypted file on your device. Download regularly and keep it in a separate secure location. This does not replace provider disaster recovery.
Restore encrypted workspace archive
Administrator only. Replaces all company projects and employee accounts. Make sure employees stop editing first. An automatic SQLite safety snapshot is created before restoration.
Team & activity
Coordinate tasks, notes, and issues. Company events are recorded in the server database; fictional demo records stay in the demo.
Company project notes, events, and issues
Saved on your company's database and visible to authorized team members.
Fictional team role previews
Select a fictional role to see its project responsibilities and open a working example. These are illustrative role tours, not employee logins or shared accounts.
This role tour uses the Cedar House fictional sample and its locally saved values. It does not create an employee account, restrict access by role, or send a notification.
Record a practice note, event, or issue
Add an example of what staff would record during a job. This demonstrates the workflow; no real colleagues are notified.
Use this form to test comments, events, and issue reporting.
Employee access — connected workspace only
Admins can add employee accounts with a temporary password. Employees should change their passwords using the server administrator procedure before live rollout.
Automatic activity and error logs — connected workspace only
Server-generated logs cannot be edited. Practice notes above are not shared.
Checks app readiness, persistent browser storage, service-worker control and offline file caching. Real Wi-Fi outage and close/reopen tests are still required.
